1. Chicken Fajitas


Ingredients:

- 1.5 kg chicken breasts, sliced

- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 1.5 tbsp oregano

- 1 tsp ground cumin

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 0.5 tsp chili powder

- 0.5 tsp paprika

- 4 tbsp vegetable oil

- Half a red bell pepper, sliced

- Half a green bell pepper, sliced

- 4 green onions, thinly sliced

- Half a chopped onion

- Optional: shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions:

1. Mix the lemon juice, spices, and oil in a large bowl.

2. Add the chicken slices, stir well to coat with the marinade, and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.

3. Heat a little oil in a large skillet, then add the bell peppers and onions and stir until softened.

4. Set the vegetables aside. In the same skillet, cook the drained chicken slices over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes, or until done.

5. Return the cooked vegetables to the skillet with the chicken and stir briefly. Then, fill tortillas with the mixture. You can add cheddar cheese if you like.


2. Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine

Ingredients:

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 chicken breasts

- 2 cups chicken broth

- 200g fettuccine pasta

- 2 cups milk

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Half a cup heavy cream

- 2 cloves minced garlic

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown (8 minutes per side). Let cool, then slice.

2. In the same skillet, add the broth, milk, garlic, and fettuccine. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is fully cooked (about 10 minutes).

3. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring over low heat until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.

4. Pour the mixture into a serving dish.
