Cheesecake croissants are a fantastic choice for breakfast or a snack that goes perfectly with your morning coffee. This recipe offers a delightful taste and good nutritional value, providing your body with the energy it needs. To make this recipe successfully, you'll need a few key ingredients and some really simple steps. Here's how to make it, along with some tips for getting it just right.

Ingredients for Cheesecake Croissants:

- 500 grams of full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature

- 4 tablespoons of sugar, or to your taste

- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract or powder

- 300 grams of fresh or frozen berries (or melted chocolate, if you prefer)

- 2 tablespoons of sifted flour

- 1 medium-sized egg

- 6 store-bought butter croissants

How to Make Them:

1. Grab a 12-cup muffin tin and lightly grease it with oil or butter.

2. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

3. For the cheese mixture, beat together the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until smooth. Then, stir in the berries and mix well.

4. Add the egg and flour, and blend everything until you have a nice, smooth batter.

5. Slice the croissants lengthwise and place pieces into the muffin cups to form little cups, making sure there's a little space between them.

6. Pour the cheese mixture over the croissants in the cups.

7. Bake for about 15 minutes. Once they've cooled down, put the tin in the fridge for 3 hours to get that perfect texture.

8. Garnish with fresh berries, berry jam, or melted chocolate, whatever you fancy.
