Ingredients:

- Half a cup of melted butter

- 1 tablespoon of sauce

- 1 teaspoon of ground mustard or mustard

- 4 tablespoons of onion powder

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves


Instructions:

1. Mix the melted butter with the sauce and mustard in a bowl until combined.

2. Put the onion powder in another bowl.

3. Coat the chicken pieces with the butter mixture, then roll them in the onion powder.

4. Arrange the chicken pieces in a baking dish lightly greased with oil.

5. Spread the remaining butter mixture over the chicken.

Ingredients:

- 250g spaghetti

Instructions:

2. Add the spaghetti and cook until done, then reserve a cup of the pasta water before draining.

4. Add the reserved pasta water to the mixture and stir well.

5. Put the cooked spaghetti in the skillet and toss until it's coated with the sauce.

6. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts and coats the pasta completely.

Ingredients:

- 3 chicken breast cutlets

- 100g butter

- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- Zest of 3 lemons

- 1/2 cup chopped parsley


Instructions:

1. Pound the chicken cutlets with a meat mallet until they are about 1.5 cm thick, then season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet and add 10g of butter, then cook the chicken cutlets in batches until nicely browned and fully cooked. Transfer them to a plate and cover with foil to keep them warm.

3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and heat until it turns golden brown, add the heavy cream and mix for one minute, then add the lemon juice and zest.
